Salem Common Playground Donor

For those who would like to donate to the new Salem Common Playground there are currently two mechanisms.

1. Download and fill out the donor form(Playground Donor Sheet). Include your check with the form and send to:

2. Donate via PayPal here:

  • Hawthorne Donor: $5000; Picnic table will bear a plaque with your name, company name or words of remembrance. (limited to 3)

  • Seven Gables Donor: $2500; Benches will border the playground. Each will bear a plaque with your name, company name or words of remembrance. (limited to 6)

  • Customs House Donor: $1000; Plaques will be placed on one of the six sections of the centerpiece bench bearing your name, company name or words of remembrance. (limited to 6)

  • Friendship Donor: $100; A brick bearing your name, company name or words of remembrance will be placed in an edging around the playground or adjacent to the sidewalk surrounding the playground. (no limit)
